... the more folks who share their cares and concerns and participate in the process of governance with their elected representatives, the better.
Basically, these are the beliefs I brought to my prior terms in office, and we need these ideas even more now. After several years of living as a private citizen again in this county, I bring a fresh viewpoint back to my campaign to serve the residents of El Dorado County once again.
Coupled with my past experience and my revived perspective as a voter and citizen, I have a lot to offer the citizens of El Dorado County. So I begin the journey of being a candidate to be your Supervisor for District 2.
Primary Election results
We came within a few votes of winning the election outright. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who voted for me and especially to those who helped out in so many different ways in my campaign. Here are the results from the District 2 race:
RAY NUTTING - 46.42%
Barbara Smiley - 15.00%
Sam Teresi - 14.58%
Rachel Michelin - 9.35%
Harry Dean - 7.44%
George Turnboo - 6.95%
So, the job's not done yet and we begin work on the November election runoff campaign between myself and Barbara Smiley. Your votes and campaign contributions of time and money will be greatly appreciated.
